My name is Chad and Im an addict. Ive been addicted to the pure pleasure of feeding people and the joy they get from eating some really amazing smoked/BBQed food. lol

I live in So. Cal San Diego area and was born and raised here. Been smoking for 10 years now and still feel like I don't know anything because Im constantly trying and learning new things. I get bored with it every now and then so I have become (what I think) is pretty darn good in the kitchen cooking and creating new recipes.

I have Bradley Digital 4 Rack Smoker and love it.  Im always open to help others as much as I can and so if you want a recipe that I did feel free to ask or if you have any other questions don't hesitate.  Cant wait to learn more from you all.View media item 529909
