Hello From Southern California!

Hello everyone,

My name is Nick. I just started smoking food a little over 8 months now. I have been using a master forge vertical propane smoker, however, I joined the forum because I am interested in learning about offset smoking with charcoal. I just put in some cornish game hens for the first time about 25 minutes ago. Hopefully they will be good eats for dinner tonight.

I just sprayed a mixture of coca cola and sriracha onto them. Hoping they get a nice glaze to them.
