Been smoking meat for years. Have built many smokers with my dad over the years and live fore camp style. Finally building one of my own. Everything tastes better with smoke

I have adapted quite a few recipes I found from Stephen raichlen for open fire smoking. My dad has one of the best deer jerky recipes but he always struggled with getting dried properly in the smoker so I'll be really focusing on that if I draw a tag this year
