Hey everyone.

My name is Hendrik Roos and I am glad to be here.

I used to live in the US and recently moved back to SA.

We love meat here but nobody is really smoking tritip and brisket like ya'll in the US.

I want to learn how to do it proper and maybe open my own little BBQ place some day.

Thanks guys! Just got diagnosed with Gout yesterday. Doc told me to lay off the beer and read meat. How cruel is that?

Yes I have heard that works wonders. Will try it. I had my first attack and it is still not gone after 5 weeks.
