My names mike, I'm a butcher by trade,so been interested in all things meat for quite a few years. I live in the south west UK, in a small village near Bath. I've been grilling and smoking for a while, just had a custom off set smoker made, which is awesome. Cant wait to try some new things on it. Looking forward to picking up some tips from the forum.
