Hello from Soddy Daisy, TN

Wanted to inroduce myself, long time lurker.  I'm just breaking in my Lang 48 with a 24 Chargrill on the front, figured I finally bought a real cooker so it was time for me to sign up and introduce myself. 

I've enjoyed this forum and look forward to learning and sharing!  Today I have 24lbs of Butt on the cooker, and it doesn't smell bad at all!  I have to feed all these hungry women :)
