Hello from SoCal

New member here. Just finished assembly on my new (first) smoker! I decided to go with a WSM 22.5". So far I'm diggin' it! Can't wait for the 3-day weekend next week. I'm thinking of some baby backs as my maiden voyage into the smokey waters... Then I want to try my hand at some sharp cheddar.

I can't stop staring at my new baby. :grilling_smilie:
