Hello from So Cal

Hello all, I am in San Pedro, CA, and I got my first and only smoker, so far, about 3 years ago.  I have a 40" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, and so far I have only smoked fairly large items, roasts, hams, and turkeys.  Have not had a bad one yet and love the ease of using electric.  Hoping to expand my repertoire and learn here on this site.
