Hi all I am a recent owner of a Yoder YS640. I love it! I am enjoying being a pellet smoker owner its amazing how you set it and forget it. I love this smoker so much I cant stop using it. I got it like 2 weeks ago and so far I have made a chuck roll, 2 pork butts, 2 spatchcocked chickens, about 24 chicken breasts and 3 lbs of bacon. Anyway I will be around asking questions and posting bbq pron LOL anyway have a great day all
