Hello to all.  I am pretty new to smoking and look forward to sucking up all the useful information on this forum.  Since I live in the city, its hard to actually smoke anything in an apartment lol.  But, I smoke a couple times a week at work, so I still get practice.  Also, I'll be moving to Alaska in a few months and would love to learn to build my own smoker.  I look forward to chatting and learning from you all.
