I've been smoking for a number of years starting with wooden and old fridge smokers when we were doing 100's of pounds of moose and deer sausage. Nowadays I do much smaller batch's I've been using a Bradley digital for the past 5 years, I bought a Pit boss silver digital 3 just getting the bugs out and should be up and running for next weekend. Lot's of good recipes on this site eager to learn and share..
