I'm new here for about 2.5 weeks and would like to say hello from Saint Petersburg Florida. We just started smoking food with a vertical smoke about a year ago. My family and friends love the Ribs I make and there is never enough. We use the traditional method of 3-2-1 for ribs.
I'm just getting into cold smoking as that is seasonal in Florida without special equipment. My icon is a photo from my fridge smokers smoke stack that I made. I love the shot and lighting. With all said, I have learned much from this site already and look forward to learning more from you pros.
