Hello every one my name is Peter and i run a group called Old Dominion Iron Chefs. We are a dutch oven cooking group here in Virginia that loves to to cook and eat. I am looking to expand my cooking knowledge into smoking and BBQ.  Adding BBQ to my dutch oven skills i think will make me a better cook!! Thanks
