I've been comming to this site for a while now, trying to decide which smoker to buy. I finally ordered a 18 1/2 WSM this weekend & cant wait to do my first smoke. Also for those of you new to smoking,  Get a good Probe Thermometer as we smoke by Temperature NOT TIME.
