Hello to everyone !!
I am not new to smoking.....but not a pro either. I have lurked here for a long time, just decided to join. I live in Phoenix Arizona, so grilling or smoking is a 365 day a year possibility.
I grew up in Texas, so I was around smoking and grilling all the time. I have owned and even built smokers my entire life. My last home build could and has handled whole hogs or up to 5 large turkey's at a time. Getting a little older and maybe a little wiser, at least a empty nester, I recently retired my old coal fired smoker. I replaced it with a simple Masterbuilt electric smoker.
Looking forward to sharing some great smoking idea's......
