Hi everyone. New to the board but have been a lurker for awhile and have loved learning things from this forum. I moved to Phoenix from Kansas City last summer and have loved this winter weather and have taken every chance I've had to get outside to cook some food.
I am new to smoking and been using my knock off 22in Webber kettle grill, and I really enjoy spending a day watching football on the weekend trying new recipes.
So far I've smoked some baby backs, salmon, pork loin, and for the Super Bowl. Thinking about trying a pulled pork next weekend.
Can't wait to keep learning from everyone!

Hi ryscoo!  Welcome to the SMF...the best BBQ site on the web!  Whatever you need, we have it from great recipes to excellent technical advice.

One thing you need to know is that we like to see pictures of whatever you smoke, grill, boil, or saute and what you cooked it on...we call it Q-View and if you post a cook without it, well....let's just say you might get ragged a little...

Good Luck and Good Smokin'

Bill

Thanks for the tips PGSmoker64, I'll be sure to add plenty of pictures during my next smoke. Excited to get started!
