Hello from Packer Country

Hey everyone. I have a cheap brinkman off set smoker I've been using for a couple years. Still haven't done a brisket on it. I'm just looking to get advice on techniques for various types of meats so I can improve my product and hopefully upgrade to a better smoker!!
