I am new to smoking but not from eating smoked food. Purchased a Traeger Texas, Have used it 4 times in the last week and love it. Cooked chicken, beef ribs, pork ribs and pork shoulder. Brisket this weekend. Definately never going back to grilling. Have read a lot of your post already and loving the forum.
