I'm so new that I don't even have a smoker. I thought this was a good place to start. Good to be here and I look foreward  to the wisdom being served up on this forum.

From one Okie to another.. welcome to the forum. I recommend you get a smoker and get started as soon as possible. Depending on your budget, you can find smokers as low as $40 on up into the thousands if you want to go big.

You also have some options.. I prefer wood and charcoal smokers but there are also some really good electric and gas models that will do you right if that is what you want.

There's no time like today to get started
