Hello to everyone in this forum. Long time lurker and follower of this forum but first time posting. In the last year I have started smoking/grilling on something other then a gas grill. My weapons are limited in size currently but looking at building a 500 gal RF in the near future.

Welcome from Wisconsin. :emoji_cat:

How about a look inside that Meadow Creek rig? I have never seen one. I just love all the different smoking rigs there are out there. Just amazing.

I love the look of those Old Hickory pits.

Are those 25 racks of baby backs in there? Wow...

I think I could maybe fit 12 racks in my rig. Looks like a sweet unit.

Thanks for the pics.... :)

Thanks. I did squeeze 25 in that time. :emoji_astonished: I usually dont overlap at all but they all turned out great.
