I have been reading the post here for some time to try and learn what hot smoking is about and how to do bbq. I have grilled for some time but not smoked before. I just have a weber kettle and gas grill.I am hoping to learn how to smoke on weber grill to start then maybe get a pellet smoker. Any help will be greet. Terry
