Good Afternoon All!!!!

I am currently living in Arlington, VA, but originally from Toronto, Canada Eh!.

I had a great opportunity to fly down to Dallas last year to help with some friends and their BBQ team at the Bedford KCBS Competition. After being part of a fairly successful competition I absolutely fell in love with the competition side of BBQ.

My wife was sweet enough to buy me a cheaper offset Char Griller Smoking Champ at Christmas. I have done a lot of research and have put a lot of time into modifying the smoker to it's best ability.

I look forward to being a part of this board and getting to chat BBQ with a bunch of you as I see a lot of helpful posts and suggestions.
