Hello, from Northern Virginia

I have been smoking for a couple of years now, started with a Weber Kettle and then a Brinkmans Home Depot "Special" propane. Mostly ribs, chicken and the occasional brisket.  Just stepped up a notch and purchased the Smokin-It  Model #1 to mount into my Weber Performance Set up.  To finish it off I ordered the A-Maze-N Pellet Smoker, Pitmaster's Choice Pellets and a Maverick ET-732 to keep track of everything.  I really enjoy smoking and hope this set up works out like I plan.  It all comes in this week and I will post pictures when I have it all put together.

I have been a long time lurker on the site and figured I should finally create an account.  Thanks for your great input over the years and in the years to come!
