Hello from northern Utah

My name is Pete I currently live in northern Utah I've been smoking and grilling on and off for the great part of 30 years. The first time I was introduced to smoking was in northern Ill and my uncle turned an old 50's fridge into a smoker. To this day I still remember that smell and taste. I currently have med sized char-broil barrel grill and a 44'' master built cabinet smoker. 

BTW this is my first forum so i apologies in advance if i mess a post.
