Found this forum thru a post in facebook. A friend of a friend started smoking venison as a way to use up some surplus meat. My friend and I took it from there and made some off the best jerky ever. Having a basic knowledge of smoking lead me to start using other meats and have made some truly delicious meals. I have since moved and want to build a small smoke house which lead me to this forum. Can't wait to get started building a new smokehouse.
