Hello everyone

My name is Jeff I love cooking and bbqing. I also collect vintage Japanese motorcycles I buy sell trade. I currently use a chargrill pro with smoker attachment. Personally you can't beat the smell or the sound of lump charcoal burning. How ever it is alot of work and I do need to sharpen my charcoal smoking skills need more flavor and thicker smoke ring. I really would like to get another smoker not charcoal.
