Hello from North Carolinac.

Hello all. The Name is Doug and I am a transplant to North Carolina from south Florida. Most of my smoking has been fish and most of them were Mullet. Since there aren’t a lot of mullet in N.C. I figured I would try to enlarge my knowledge of smoking. I sold my Florida smoker when I moved north so I am learning all over again. I am looking forward to learning to smoke meat with feet instead of fins.
