Hello, while looking for some guidance on how long to cook some baby back ribs, I found this forum and SmokinAl's post on no fuss ribs. What a great resource! I have a Rec Tec RT-680 grill and WSM22, but only started really utilizing the Rec Tec this summer. I look forwarded to benefiting from reading posts of members with many years of smoking experience. Thanks to all that have contributed and I look forward to contributing in the years to come!
