Signed up a week or so ago. Thought I'd introduce myself. Just a guy who loves his family, beer along with smoked and grilled foods. Recently upgraded my el cheapo brinkman to a propane cuisinart smoker. Looking forward to learning from all of you and sharing my adventures!

Welcome Lwhkb. PROPANE!....CUISINART! Just kidding with ya. Just remember it takes a big rolling paper to smoke a fatty and on this forum it's made out of a bacon weave.You guys have the 2nd coolest state motto in the USA !
