Hello from little new Zealand, to be precise Auckland New Zealand. i am an engineer at a food processing factory making ready to eat

meat pies. I enjoy hunting, fishing and smoking of course!! At the moment i have a small hybrid smoker/grill that does both gas and charcoal but am in the process of sourcing some materials to build a purpose built charcoal offset smoker.
