I'm new to stickburning with my new to me used horizon 20" classic. I've cooked a few times so far chickens, pork butts, briskets (hard to get just right) and pork ribs. I'm looking forward to learning more and getting much better.

Welcome from Kentucky. You have landed in the best place on the net to learn from.

Welcome from MN. If you have questions, we have answers. Plus once in a while we are right. 🤣
