Hello from Nashville

I'm new to smoking and recently received a MES 30.  I started 2 weeks ago with the pretzel recipe and smoked some brisket this weekend.  Both turned out great with help from this site.

I live near Nashville, TN and work Airfield Maint. mostly running heavy equipment.  I've had too many hobbies to list (Now adding one more) but I've stuck with wood working and R/C cars the longest. I look forward to learning what I can from this site and the members.  Thank you.
