Hello - 

My name is Adam. I'm from Nashville, TN and I'm currently in the process of my first fridge to smoker conversion project. I have a 1930s Westinghouse that is shaping up nicely.  This forum has been a huge help in the project, and I'm excited to officially "join" the site.  

I've been smoking on a small Brinkmann Smoke 'n' Grill for a couple of years, and am looking forward to taking it to the next level.
