I’m retired from major oil company, born and raised in South Mobile county, veteran of US Navy. Long time grilled and just moved into smoking 2 years ago. I recently purchased a Rec Tec 590 pellet grill and so far love it. Looking for tips and information sharing . I also own a trike , and an Indian . Love Doris the lady that shares all this with me and the grands. Oh yes and Roll Tide.

Welcome from Texas! Did a project at Chevron Pascagoula back in the early nineties. Visited Mobile many times, as well as Dauphin Island. Played a lot of golf near Bayou La Batre. It’s a nice area of the country.

Yes I worked at the Shell Chemical plant in Saraland and various small refiners around Mobile. The golf club was Driftwood CC. Working for Shell I have made my fair share of trips mainly to the Houston area, but down around Deer Park too. The oil industry was good to me and still is in retirement. Looking forward to running twisted sisters out in the hill country some day.
