Hello from Minnesota

New to this page. Looks like a ton of great things! I am new to the smoking world but I am already hooked. I have 2 Masterbuilt electric smokers. (Different sizes) so far I like them alot! For me the ease of getting a set temp is awesome. My DW and I are both teachers so this gives us the summer to explore and eat.
