Hello everyone on SMF!

I found this site via google search and am happy I did.

I am an amateur but I do know how to use the search bar

MY SETUP:  Horizontal w/ offset firebox. 

WOOD:         Pear and Oak

MEAT:          Looking to delve into pretty much anything.  I am looking forward to my first smoke....baby back ribs.
