Hey there everyone. My name is Eric and I'm from Livonia Michigan. I've been smoking for about 18 years. I have a Primo XL Oval and an Assassin 24 gravity feed pit. I'm just a backyard cook but I've done a couple of amateur comps many years ago. I have recently been getting into Sous Vide cooking as well. Good to be here!
