Hello from Michigan

I live in Shelby Twp, MI, a northern Suburb of Detroit.  I smoked my first ribs yesterday on a ECB.  Thanks to Smoking-Meat.com I learned about the important modifications to make the ECB work well.  I have enjoyed reading the forum. Getting a lot of ideas. Before moving to MI I lived in TX and we fell in love with good BBQ, it can be found here but not as easy as it was in TX.

I am a Follower of Christ, Husband of a Hot Redhead, Father of two and Family Life/ Kids Pastor at a Church here in MI.
