Hello from MI

Hi there from Flint(ish) MI. I just recently bought a MES30 on the recommendation from a friend and he also directed me here. I've been reading frantically the last week or so and just put in my first butt with cherry wood in honor of our first president. Looking forward to smoking many more meats.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I plan on joining the MI group. My free time is limited: 3 kids 2 and under, and although I live in Holly, I work on the other side of Lansing, so a 1.25 hour drive to and from work each day. Anyhow, thanks again for the welcome and look forward to learning all I can.
