Hello from Melbourne, FL!

I just stumbled across the forum in one of my many camping forums.  Have had a Big Green Egg for about 18 years but have not used it to it's potential...time to change that.  Planning on building a new BGE Table soon to better accomodate my cooking and smoking needs.  Will post a pic when I finish.  I also camp A LOT and we sometimes take with us a Charbroil Oil-less Fryer with us for cooking turkey or ribs.
