Small Town on Chesapeake Bay
Hello fellow BBQ lovers!!! My name is Jef. I am no stranger to this page, just finally decided to join. Have always owned a vertical bullet style smoker and now starting fabrication of a dual 55 gallon drum smoker. Getting ready to put on a pork butt today and make my famous pickled veggie slaw.

First love the name, most of my friends call me Chef Jeff LOL. Welcome aboard. Lets see some pics of that cook and hear more about that famous pickled slaw when you make it. We love pictures here.
 
Here’s a pic of hour 3 of the pork butt and my 2 slaws I made. The one on the left is the pickled slaw and the other is standard mayo based slaw.
