Hello from Louisiana

I have been subscribed to the site for a while now. Really enjoy it. I live in Louisiana and im smoking on an original OKJ smoker. I do a lot of hunting and fishing and enjoy a night of standing around a fire with friends and a beer as the next man. Im not much of a poster, i guess you could say more of a lurker. I read the posts alot and i have gotten alot of good info from the forum. Yall have a great day.
