I just bought a master forge vertical duel fuel smoker. And had to add the gasket on both doors. We tried chicken leg quarters last week and was amazed at how good they tasted. Today it will be beef ribs. Seen where everyone says 3-2-1 system so am going to try it out.

post pics when done.  sounds good. I have only heard the 3-2-1 method with pork spares but I have never done beef ribs so let me know how it turns out.

Well today we smoked the beef ribs and found out we don't like them. Will stick to pork or baby back ribs from now on.
