Hello from Labrador

  1. First time posting anything, but I've already been using this forum for a few cooks. I'm still new to everything, but this has been a great help so far. I own a 22" master touch weber kettle and I've built a mini wsm. This past weekend I put em both to good use
    In the kettle I did a spatchcock chicken and in the mini did a rack of ribs. I brined the chicken overnight, first time brining, and I don't think I'll ever go back.
    Chicken turned out amazing. Made a white sauce from a recipe I found here and both me and the wife loved it. Looking forward to my next adventure with these things. Cheers everyone!
