first run on pork shoulder was great... only smoked it about half the time and finished in the oven due to severe weather in the area... ribs didn't turn out that great....flavor was awesome but i didn't let them cook quite long enough....

What kinda offset reverse flow smoker is that? Looks nice. Take care and don't burn your fingers..
