Just wanted to stop and say "hi"! I am currently living in Indiana. I switched over to charcoal grilling about 2 years ago from the typical gas grill. It really happened because of a temporary move for a year and we left our gas grill at our home because we didn't want to move it and just bought a weber 22.5 to take with us, I have never looked back since. We moved back and I sold the gas grill and since then have also bought a weber 26.75. I have been enjoying both ever since. I have ventured beyond burgers, chops and steaks to making ribs as well as rib roast and plan to try a beef brisket sometime this summer. Well, before I write the page full I will simply say hi and leave it at that lol. I look forward to engaging here and learning as I go along. Thanks in advance!!
