Been reading thru the forums, I'm so new to this...matter of fact, my smoker is sitting in my truck! Just picked it up today, a brand new Masterbuilt MES140S Electric Smoker! I also bought the Amazn pellet tray and gonna try the pit boss hickory pellets... Can't wait to try it out this weekend with a pork shoulder!!!
