I do forums here and there, sometimes active and then nothing for a very long time.
What brought me here was I was wanting information on everything to do with a pellet smoker.
I’ve ordered a Maverick from Pitts and Spitts and since they make them to order I have to wait and in the meantime I’m just surfing the net.
I’ve cooked on stick burners, UDS, WSM, gas and open fire.
Recently sold the WSM to make room on the patio and so far I’ve enjoyed the UDS most on my cooks.
