Hello from Holland

Hi all,

From Holland with.. eeeh, stuff I guess :). Name is Leon, 37, living in the northern parts of the Netherlands. I registered on this forum to get more info on (original) recipes and how to build a UDS. I've got the drum, I've got the spirit and my neighboor also joins in so what could possibly go wrong?

While we build the UDS, smoking, up to a certain degree, and BBQ-ing in general will be done on a OTS 47cm (22") bbq. I know it isn't ideal but that's what I've got.

I'll post a build-log in the UDS forum part soonish.
