Hello, my name is Chris. I hail from Georgia VT.(yes Vermont is a state). I’ve been lurking for a few months now and finally decided to join the fun. I got my smoker just about a year ago and mainly do ribs, butts, eye-rounds, meatloaf, and meatballs. I’m looking to expand my experiences and fine tune my techniques. I’ve enjoyed reading and learning, and hope to fit in.
